Mac’s Soda

This project was all about giving Mac’s Soda a fresh look as it made the move from bottles to cans — keeping the brand’s core personality intact while dialing up the fun.

A person with a gold bracelet is holding a can of Feljda Pear & Elderflower kiwi fizzer, surrounded by whole and sliced green pears and cans of the same beverage on a green textured surface.
Cans of Lemon Crush kiwi flavored sparkling soda surrounded by ice and fresh lemon slices.
Cans of grape soda labeled "Tropical Pash" arranged on a pink textured surface along with halved and whole passion fruits, with shadows cast by sunlight.
Two cans of Ginger Beer on ice, surrounded by ginger roots and lemon slices.
A person in a green dress holding a box of Feijoa Pear & Elderflower flavored soda cans at the beach with grass, ocean, and sky in the background.

The project involved illustrating the the key flavours, picking a bold, vibrant colour palette, and designing packaging that felt playful and full of life, without losing that classic Mac’s feel. The challenge was striking the right balance between new and nostalgic — modernising the look while staying true to the brand’s roots.

The result? A bright, energetic update that still feels like Mac’s, just with a little extra fizz.
